The server limits you to 500 e-mails per hour. If you exceed that limit you will receive an e-mail indicating that your limit has been reached.
The limit is reset at the top of each hour so you will need to wait to send further e-mails (i.e. If you sent 500 at 12:45 you cannot send any more until 1:00).
